2 tbsp oat bran
1 tbsp wheat bran
1 tbsp fat free Greek yogurt or fat free Fromage blanc
1 tsp of baking powder
100 g minced beef or chicken
1 tsp ketchup or tomato paste without sugarpreparation:
Pre-heat the oven to 180C. Mix together oat bran, wheat bran, egg, fat free Greek yogurt or fat free Fromage blanc, baking powder and salt. Pour the mixture into a baking tray or muffin form. Bake the mass for about 15-20 minutes at 180C.
Hamburger buns are ready!
Now, make burgers. Place the chicken or beef mince in a bowl and mix together with the coarsely grated onion. add the salt and pepper. Beat the egg in a bowl and mix into the meat and onion mixture. Make burger patties by taking a handful of the mixture, roll it into a ball in the palm of your hand, and squash it flat to make a burger about 2-3 cm thick.
Once you’ve made all your burgers, place these on the pre-heated pan and cook for about 20 – 25 minutes or until heated through.
On one slice of the bread spread Dukan ketchup, add lettuce, burger and then ketchup again.
Add sliced tomato, onion and sliced pickles.
