Dukan Diet filled pancakes

 Dukan Phases: Attack Phase, Cruise Phase, Consolidation Phase, Stabilization Phase
 ingredients:
 1 egg
 3 tbsp skimmed milk
 Oat bran according to your Diet Phase
 150 gr Cottage Cheese
 50 gr cheese (up to 2% fat)
 salt

Preparation:
 Put the oat bran, egg, milk and salt into a bowl and whisk together. Dab some oil on the kitchen towel and wipe it all over the surface of the pan. Heat a non-stick frying pan on high for a minute and add the half of the batter, spread it over the pan as evenly as you can. cook both sides.
 Mix together Cottage Cheese and grated cheese. Fill each Pancake with cottage cheese+grated cheese and gently roll-up.
