Dukan diet Oat bran bread

  ingredients:
Oat bran according to your Dukan diet phase (I phase- 1,5 tbsp; II phase- 2tbsp; III phase- 2,5 tbsp; IV phase- 3tbsp)
1 egg
1 tbsp of fat free Greek yogurt or fat free Fromage blanc
1 tsp of baking powder
salt

preparation:
Pre-heat the oven to 180C. Mix together all ingredients. Pour the mixture into a baking tray or muffin form. Bake the mass for about 15-20 minutes at 180C.
For a crunchy version: after 15-20 minutes remove the bread from the oven and than remove them from the baking tray carefully. Place the cookies upside down in the oven again and bake them for another 10 - 15 minutes. Enjoy!
