125 g tofu
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp yeast
Preheat the oven at 180 °C.
In a blender, mix the tofu with the egg, salt and yeast. When everything is mixed together, add a teaspoon of cheese flavoring.
On a baking tray, place a sheet of baking paper. Put the dough on the tray by giving it the form of a rectangle.
Place in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the dough is compact.
Remove the tray and slide the dough onto a work table.
Cut the dough into strips, 1 cm width (or give them the shape you prefer: squares, triangles ... ).
Add a little coarse salt, rosemary or other spices (to taste).
Put the chips in the oven at 200 ° C for another 10 minutes,until golden brown.
