Dukan recipe Chicken nuggets


Dukan Phases: Attack Phase, Cruise Phase, Consolidation Phase, Stabilization Phase
ingredients:
  • 1 cup fromage blanc 0% (or low-fat yoghurt ,low-fat cottage cheese)

  • 1 cup of chicken (breast or leg). Cut into pieces

  • 1 egg white

  • salt , pepper

  • Oat bran (1,5 tablespoons)


preparation:

Put the chicken meat, salt, pepper and eggwhite in a blender or food processor. Put the mixture into a bowl and add the oat bran.
Make meat balls. Dip them into the fromage blanc then in the mixture. Bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
