1 cup fromage blanc 0% (or low-fat yoghurt ,low-fat cottage cheese)
1 cup of chicken (breast or leg). Cut into pieces
1 egg white
salt , pepper
Oat bran (1,5 tablespoons)
preparation:Put the chicken meat, salt, pepper and eggwhite in a blender or food processor. Put the mixture into a bowl and add the oat bran.
