Dukan Diet Matcha green tea madeleines

Dukan Phases: Cruise Phase, Consolidation Phase, Stabilization Phase
 
 ingredients: 
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp of 0% fat fromage frais or quark
  • 1 tablespoon of sweetener
  • 4 tbsp of oat bran
  • 3 tbsp of cornstarch
  • 2 tsp of matcha green tea powder
  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda

preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
In a bowl, mix the eggs and fromage frais together.
Add the oatbran, cornstarch and baking powder.
Mix together, then add the sweetener and green tea.
 Pour the mixture into a silicone mold and bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes, taking care not to overcook.
 Remove from oven and let rest a couple of hours at room temperature.
You can easily substitute the green tea for 15 drops of lemon or almond flavor, depending on what kind of mood you're in!
