Warm chicken salad for Dukan Diet

Dukan Phases: Cruise Phase PV days, Consolidation Phase, Stabilization Phase

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 4 drops of bacon flavoring
  • 1 splash of balsamic vinegar
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g mixed salad (lettuce, oak leaf, endive, fresh spinach, arugula...)
  • 1/4 onion
  • black papper, salt, oregano

Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
 Place the mesclun salad in a bowl, add cherry tomatoes cut into halves and an onion that has been diced.
Add your favorite herbs (oregano, black pepper) and a splash of balsamic vinegar. Set aside.
 When the pan is smoking hot, sear the chicken on both sides.
When brown on both sides, add salt and pepper to taste, cut into cubes, and toss cubes over salad. Enjoy!
